Whipsnade Zoo

It was lovely to have somewhere to go where all the family are happy on a bank holiday and it was great to see that the animals had so much space in their enclosures. ZSL do such good conservation work to help endangered species that we were happy to take out membership and plan to visit often. The talks given by the zoo staff were informative, interactive and enjoyable.

We regularly visit the Zoo, having now become a ZSL member and just love taking our Grandson there. There is plenty to see and many children's activities, including play areas. The staff are very dedicated and informative, always willing to give you the time to ask questions or just pass the time of day.

We had a wonderful day seeing so many different animals in settings as near to their natural habitats as possible. We saw 3 cheetahs, 2 lazing around, the third trying to persuade them to play, we saw the 2 wolverines chasing each other round and round their magnificent enclosure, we saw the chimps strolling together in their huge area which had climbing apparatus and trees for more energetic days.
