Empowering teachers to use outdoor classrooms!
We are in the process of developing CPD for experienced teachers to be offered both at Whipsnade Zoo, and in local schools.
Workshops would focus on the integration of learning outside of the classroom (on school grounds and on school trips) into curriculums and supporting schools to meet the government's strategy on Sustainability and Climate Change Education.
It could be that you wish to host an INSET day at our site, working alongside our experienced staff to support teachers to develop their curriculums, or it could be that you wish for us to come to you for a twilight session after school.
