How long is the voucher valid for?
Our gift vouchers can be activated anytime within 3 months of purchase.
How will I receive the voucher?
Gift Membership vouchers are digital-only. You will be asked to enter your details when purchasing – the voucher will be sent to the email address given once payment has been taken. You can either email or provide a printed copy to the recipient. Once the Gift Membership is activated, the recipient will receive a welcome pack.
How long does Gift Membership last?
Once activated by the recipient, our Gift Membership packages last for a full year.
Can I buy an Under 3 Gift Membership?
All Under 3s are free to visit the Zoo. We will add them onto the membership free of charge when the gift recipient activates their voucher.
Can I buy a Gift Membership on Direct Debit?
Gift memberships are not available on Direct Debit, but we will be in touch with you before the Gift Membership expires so you can renew your Gift Membership again if you wish to.
How do I activate the voucher?
All the gift recipient needs to do is contact our Supporter Contact team on 0344 225 1826 or [email protected] to activate their membership. Once the voucher has been activated by the gift recipient, they will receive a welcome pack in the post.
