Redeeming half-price Zoo tickets process
As a thank you for reactivating your Zoo Membership as a Gold member this Summer, we are offering two New Member Summer Saver tickets for 50% off entry to either London or Whipsnade Zoo.
Booking your New Member Summer Saver tickets for your family can be easily done online. Follow the steps below and take your loved ones into the Zoo with you for half the price.
- To book a ticket for Whipsnade Zoo, visit Book Whipsnade Zoo Tickets
- To book a ticket for London Zoo, visit Book London Zoo Tickets
- Follow the ticket booking process in the same way day visitors usually book.
- Enter the membership CRM ID of the primary member on your membership into the 'Offer Code' box.
If the purchaser of the membership is a member on your membership, please input the membership CRM ID of the purchaser. You can find your membership CRM ID on your membership card - it's the up to 7-digit number on the back. You can also find your CRM ID within your confirmation email. If the ID returns an error message, it might not be the correct ID in which case we're encouraging you to try the ID of other members on your membership.
- On the calendar page, select the date and timeslot you would like to redeem your New Member Summer Saver tickets for.
- Then select who the discounted Zoo tickets are for and select the amount of tickets on the right (you will have a maximum of two tickets). The top section displays discounted tickets, the lower section displays non-discounted tickets in case you choose to not use your discount for some. Continue to the next page by adding the tickets to your basket - either with or without donation.
Confirm your selection and proceed with the payment as usual.
Take the New Member Summer Saver Zoo ticket with you if you are visiting with the friend or family member you have booked the ticket for or forward the confirmation email on to them to bring along on their visit. We look forward to seeing you at the Zoo!
