Farm Animal Walking Experience
Come and take one of our goats for a leisurely stroll around the Zoo before we open, with one of our experienced team. Learn all about these quirky characters and help feed them their breakfast before the end of your experience.
What to expect on the day of your farm walking experience
This experience begins at our main entrance where you'll be met by one of our friendly volunteers, who will run through the plan for the experience before escorting you down to the farm where you will meet one of our experienced keepers.
Our keeper will talk you through how to safely walk your goat before introducing you to your own goat. You will then head off on a stroll around the Zoo at the pace set by our goats. Make sure you look out around you as might see some of our other animals out and about before we open!

| 9:00am | Arrive at our Keeper for a Day meeting point outside the Visitor Centre, ready to meet one of our friendly volunteers. Make sure you have your ticket and comfortable closed toe shoes! |
| 9:15am | Head to our Hullabazoo Farm to meet one out our experienced keepers and your goat |
| 9:30am | Set off on your goat walk, strolling pass some of our other animals on the way! Make sure you get lots of pictures! |
| 10:00am | Arrive back at the farm and feed our goats their breakfast |
| 10:15am | You'll be taken back up to our Visitor Centre for the end of your experience. This experience does not include Zoo entry. If you wish to stay in the Zoo for the day you will need to purchase general admission tickets or hold ZSL membership and these will be scanned at the end of your experience before you will be free to head into the Zoo. |

Important information to know before you book you experience
- Admission to the Zoo is not included and must be purchased seperately or ZSL membership held.
- Participants must be aged 8 years or older and must had good mobility and a reasonable level of fitness.
- Children aged 8-15 must be accompanied by a supervising adult aged 18 year or older.
- Wheelchair access is not available for this experience
- For participating adults with additional needs an essential carer can accompany them during the experience. Please contact us at [email protected].
- Pregnant and nursing mothers within 6 months of giving birth are unable to take part.
