Changes to your Meet Santa experience

The regular Meet Santa sessions will not take place on Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 December. However there is still the opportunity for all Meet Santa ticket holders to see Santa at the Zoo this weekend.

There will be group storytelling sessions with Santa and Mrs Claus in the Rainforest Room (signed as the Education Room on the map). You’ll be able to join one of these sessions at the same time as your designated Meet Santa time slot.

There will be crafts for you to take home with you from the session and all children will still receive a special early Christmas gift. There will also be an opportunity for children to take a photo with Santa at the end of the session.

Please arrive to these sessions at least 5 minutes before your time slot to allow us to keep to Santa’s tight schedule and bring your Meet Santa tickets to show on the door. The Rainforest Room is accessible for wheelchair users.
