How it works
- If you reactivate your lapsed membership by 10 August 2025 and have received our incentive offer, you’ll be eligible to receive a free guest pass on your account.
- You will receive a confirmation email with a unique booking link, where the promotion will be automatically applied at checkout once you log in.
- You can expect to receive your confirmation email, with the special booking link, within 3-4 working days after the promotion has ended.
- This promotion entitles you to one free zoo admission ticket (adult only) for a friend or family member.
- The zoo admission ticket can be booked for either London Zoo or Whipsnade Zoo.
Important things to know
- The promotion is valid for online bookings only and cannot be used at the zoo gates.
- To redeem your guest pass via the booking link, you’ll need to log in using the email address linked to the primary member on the account — this is the person who received the offer. If you’re unsure which email this is, or need help logging in, please contact us via online support form.
- The guest pass can be used for any available visit date, including after 31 December, as long as the booking is made by 31 December 2025.
- Once a ticket has been booked using this promotion, it cannot be refunded or exchanged for another date.
- The promotion will expire after 31 December 2025 – after this point, it will no longer be valid.

- The offer is limited to one free adult zoo admission ticket per reactivated membership.
- It cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value.
- All bookings are subject to availability, so we recommend booking early to secure your preferred date.
