We are pleased to offer entry into a prize draw to win a once-in-a-lifetime animal experience at either London or Whipsnade Zoo to lapsed members who reactivate their membership by 10 August 2025. Please read the terms and conditions of this promotion carefully:
How it works
- All lapsed members who reactivate their membership by 10 August 2025 and receive our incentive offer will be automatically entered into the prize draw.
- The prize is an exclusive animal experience that is not available to the general public.
- The experience will take place at either London Zoo or Whipsnade Zoo – the winner can choose.
- One winner will be selected at random after the closing date.
- If you do not hear from us, unfortunately, that means you haven’t won this time.
The prize
- The winner will enjoy a truly special experience with our animals, not offered through our usual visitor programmes.
- There is a minimum age of 5 years for participants.
- There is a maximum of 6 participants for the experience.
- For London Zoo, children under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult. For
- Whipsnade Zoo, children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
- Once the winner is confirmed, we’ll get in touch directly within 2-3 working days to agree suitable dates and get everything booked in.
Important information
- The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other experience.
- The experience must be booked and taken on mutually agreed dates provided by ZSL.
- Only one entry per reactivated membership. Entries close at 11:59pm on 10 August 2025.
Other terms
- No purchase is necessary beyond reactivating a qualifying lapsed membership.
- The winner will be contacted via the contact details provided in their membership account – please make sure yours are up to date.
- ZSL reserves the right to amend or cancel this promotion at any time if necessary.
