We're looking forward to welcoming visitors over half-term, but please read the below before you travel.
Our car park currently has limited capacity due to the impact of the recent continuous rainfall. So for the time being, entry to the Zoo is restricted to pre-booked ticket holders, members, patrons, fellows and experience ticket holders only. If you haven't booked in advance, we'd love to see you another day - click the link below to check for ticket availability.
If you have booked an experience with us, these will go ahead as planned.
If you're visiting us by car, please be prepared for a delay on entry. To avoid our busiest times, we'd recommend arriving after 12 noon. As a zoo that's home to more than 10,000 animals across 600 acres, there's always plenty of time and space to explore - we are now open until 5pm every day, with last entry at 4pm.
We inspire, inform, and empower people to protect and restore wildlife - and every visit to our conservation Zoo helps make that possible.
We'll continue to keep you updated on our website.
Thank you for your patience, and we look forward to seeing you soon.
